I just need a refresher of our training module colours and styles – can you do this?
Absolutely. We work with projects large and small. If all you need is a few hours of work done, no problem. For longer-term projects, we ensure regular communication each step of the way to make sure you are fully happy with the final outcome.
Are you the most expensive?
No, we are certainly not the most expensive provider of instruction design services. We are also not the cheapest either. We believe that it’s actually less expensive to make a fair investment into training resources that meet exactly what you need, rather than getting low quality results that, at worst, have to then be repeated elsewhere. That is the most frustrating and most expensive path.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround times depend on what you need and the size of the project. We will share upfront with you the anticipated time it will take to complete the project, so that you can decide how you want to proceed.
Can your modules integrate into our LMS?
Definitely. We use software that allows an output product in almost any format needed, whether it’s the industry standard SCORM package or more current formats.
What resources do you require from us to complete the project?
It depends. When you reach out to us, we have initial upfront online discussions about what you are needing for your training courses. Is it just graphic design updates, or greater user interactivity, or merging/dividing modules to meet current needs? We have worked with resources ranging from complete to very incomplete, and we develop ongoing communication with you about the resource needs and availabilities.
